Scope of Results

All analyses, test reports, safety assessments and studies prepared by Makrolife Biotech relate exclusively to the samples, specimens and documents provided to us by the client at the time of testing.

No Warranty for Consequences

We accept no liability for damages or consequences arising from the use, interpretation or disclosure of our results by the client or third parties, nor for product adulteration, subsequent changes to the formulation/manufacturing, or incomplete or inaccurate client information.

No Assurance

No specific result, market authorisation or conformity is assured. Responsibility for placing the product on the market and for its conformity remains with the client or with the responsible person within the meaning of the applicable regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of injury to life, body or health. The provisions of the General Terms and Conditions apply in addition.
