§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for analyses, testing, safety assessments, studies and consulting services between Sydros Water GmbH (Makrolife Biotech) and its customers (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB).

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract & Services

Offers are subject to change without notice. A contract is concluded upon our order confirmation. The scope of services is determined by the respective offer / order confirmation.

§ 3 Customer Cooperation

The customer provides complete, accurate documentation and representative samples. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information and samples submitted.

§ 4 Prices & Payment

The prices stated in the offer apply, plus statutory VAT. Payment terms are governed by the order confirmation (e.g. advance payment, 50/50 or upon completion of the service).

§ 5 Results & Liability

Results relate exclusively to the samples/documents examined. Liability for consequences arising from product adulteration, incomplete information or the customer’s use of the results is excluded to the extent permitted by law (see Disclaimer).

§ 6 Confidentiality

Both parties treat the information provided as confidential (see Confidentiality & Data Security).

§ 7 Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permitted – the registered office of the company. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain effective.
