We treat all information, formulations, samples, documents and study results entrusted to us by customers as strictly confidential. Study results are released solely to the respective customer and are never disclosed to third parties.

Confidentiality across Team & Network

Our employees and the laboratory partners we engage are bound to secrecy. Disclosure to laboratory partners takes place only to the extent necessary to perform the services and on the basis of confidentiality agreements.

NDA on Request

On request, we will conclude an individual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the project begins.

Data Security in the Portal

Access to project data in the customer portal is protected on a role-based basis. Documents are stored with restricted access; the identity of the commissioned laboratory partners is not visible to customers.
